Camp started from 13 october to 25 october 2016

Daily session plan
Timing – morning – physical training 5.30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Theory classes – 10 a.m. to 12 noon
Practical training – 3.30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

day 4 october – training session – HEAD COACH – V.S.RAWAT

work in front of goal .game, small sided games ( with and without ball) speed reaction , technical/tactical work, team unit, dead ball situations,coordination using the ball ( with one or two players) , 1 v 1, duels in front of goal with shooting, organization of the team unit, FIFA 17 law of the game – explain Ist law – the field of play, 2nd law the ball. Theory classes – audio video by projector

( FROM UTTARAKHAND) – DISCIPLINE, FITNESS, KNOWLEDGE , UNITY , physical work , AEROBIC, ENDURACNE, STRENGTH, MUSCULAR POWER, TECHNICAL/ TECTICAL WORK. GAME AEROBIC , ATTACKING PLAY –DEFENSIVE PLAY, 

ALL OVER INDIA 36 SELECTED PLAYER
