SBPS Celebrated Independence Day

Shiksha Bharati Public School, Sector 7, Dwarka celebrated 71st Independence Day on 11th August 2017 with great pomp and show. The chief guest Ms Kamaljeet Sehrawat – Mayor, MCD(South) Delhi unfurled the National Flag which was followed by the National Anthem.

The Chief Guest was welcomed by honorable Manager madam and Principal ma’am welcomed honorable manager madam and Shri Devinder Singh, Retd. Deputy Director of Education.

Principal madam delivered a welcome speech. Afterwards manager madam blessed the audience in her speech and wished Happy Independence Day to all the audiences.

Hindi speech was presented by the Head Girl of the School. Patriotic group dances presented by Tiny Tots, Primary Wing, Middle Wing and Hostel students mesmerized the audiences and deserved a huge round of applause.

On this occasion prizes were given away to academic toppers. Hon’ble Manager Madam announced a reward of rupees 1000 each for the anchoring students. The Management donated tricycles to physically challenged people on behalf of Shiksha Bharati Educational Society.

The Chief Guest praised the program in her speech and congratulated the prize winners and emphasized on the need of unity and freedom from corruption and poverty. The program came to an end with a vote of thanks which was proposed by a senior wing student.
