Floor Area ratio increased by DDA

It is a great news for the residents of Dwarka who are living in 3bed rooms set, now then can add one more room. DDA has given consent to increase the floor area says Advocate P.S. Singh-Hony. Secretary Rajasthan Apartment, Plot No.36, Sector-4. On the same subject, special Governing Body Meeting was held in which 1st financial approval was passed for the construction of additional room. The society has 216 flats and the cost of the project would be around six to seven crores of rupees. The other issues like repairing and maintenance of society were also discussed. It was passed by the majority and every resident is agreed to pay Rs.30,000/- as monthly instalment for the said project. Sh.Rajesh Gahlot-Member DDA was present as the chief guest on the occasion. He spoke about the future plan and development projects of DDA in Dwarka. Mr.Manmohan Jain-President, Mr.Sudhir Kumar-Vice President, Mr.B.S.Goel-Treasurer and other members were present in the meeting. 

Advocate Singh further informed Dwarka Parichay that some officials from Karnataka State RCS along with Addl.Registrar-Mr.G.P.Singh, Mr.Rajesh Kumar-Asstt. Registrar(Central New Delhi) would be visiting Rajasthan Apartment on 21st Feb.,2012 on study tour.
