This not only ensures a match between the market or industry expectations and the skills of the trainees, but also helps them get entry level jobs easily.
As a result of a syndicated research conducted over the local business establishments and enterprises, iSkill has launched skill development courses to meet the expectations of high growth sectors. The objective is to equip students with knowledge, talent and personality which enhance their efficiencies to deliver from day one at the workplace. They should hold a command on their performance part, this should be the responsibility of any vocational course”
Further, Swami Shantatmananda said – “With a noble vision of transforming human lives, shaping the personalities with talent and human values if followed – it automatically paves the way of success.
