7.00PM Maha Abhishekam to Lord Shiva
7.15PM Archanai.
7.30PM Swami Purappadu (Shobhayatra) within the temple prakaram
7.45PM Deeparadhanai<\/b><\/p>\n

The importance or significance of SANI PRADOSHAM is according to Hindu mythology, the day Saturday is dedicated to Lord Shani, one of the Navagrahas. Lord Shani has always been related with troubles and ill effects.<\/p>\n

\nMoreover, all Hindus believing in astrology dread the effects of Shani over a person\u2019s life. To overcome and avoid the adversities and misfortunes of Lord Shani, people observe fasts on Saturday. And when a Pradosham falls on a Saturday, it is termed as Shani Pradosham. To overcome the bad influence of Shani, devotees observe a vratham on Shani Pradosham and offering prayers to Shiva during the day.<\/p>\n
