My own case registered with CVC in June 2007 ( 007-DLH-031) is hanging on for the&nbsp;last four and a half years since CVC has no independent infrastructure (mechanism) to get corruption cases investigated.  <\/p>\n<p>It cannot punish the corrupt particularly when the Chiefs\/Directors of Investigation in State Governments and Union Territories do not want that and do not cooperate with CVC. Chief of the CVC&#8217;s stand before the Parliamentary Standing Committee is without any justification in the light of facts. <\/p>\n<p><b>So lower bureaucracy must be brought under the Jan Lok Pal Bill.&nbsp;<\/b>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. H.
