The cast and crew of Zee TV\u2019s Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein were out in full force last night to celebrate the show\u2019s 100th episode. And producer, Rashmi Sharma, has already another milestone that she aspires to reach soon – the 500th mark!<\/p>\n

\nSo it was only appropriate that Lovely (Ragini Nandwani) and Kartik (Mukul Harish) along with their co-stars Vibha Chibber (Bindeshwari Kaushik), Rajiv Verma (Mr. Kaushik), Gunn Kansara (Gehna), Swati Bajpai (Nimmi), Rubina Shergill (Simran) and Deeya Chopra (Reeya) along with their male co-stars, child actors and crew of the cast donned their finest for last night\u2019s celebration and let their hair down. A three layered cake was cut to commemorate the occasion amidst peals of joy and laughter.<\/p>\n

The show tells the story of two diametrically opposite characters \u2013 Mrs Bindeshwari and Lovely – living under the same roof as saas-bahu. On one side of the spectrum is Bindeshwari Kaushik who has a heart of gold but rules the house with an iron hand, whereas on the other hand, is Lovely, Bindeshwari\u2019s fifth bahu, a free-spirited, fun-loving, beautiful young girl who believes in making her own rules rather than following anybody else’s. What ensues is a light-hearted family drama that follows Lovely’s journey into Bindeshwari’s heart despite their distinctly different approaches towards life. The show has maintained a steady performance since its launch and the lead actors, Mukul and Ragini, are hugely popular with audiences in India and abroad.<\/p>\n

\nSo, how long can we expect to have the soap on air? \u201cI\u2019m looking at the 500th episode as there\u2019s so much to showcase in this concept. Everyday there are so many situations that have both Mrs Kausik and Lovely reacting in extremely opposite ways\u2026their relationships with others in the household also have so many interesting turns and twists\u2026this story can go on forever!\u201d says producer Rashmi Sharma.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s raising a toast to Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein on reaching their first milestone and wishing them all the best for many more to come.<\/p>\n
