\n13th November, Dwarkaites learnt a lesson on how to deal
\ndelinquent public authority on solving public grievances, good governance,
\neffective use of RTI. The Central Information Commissioner, Shailesh
\nGandhi  inaugurated the workshop to
\neducate the participants on the effective use of Right to Information (RTI).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\nWhile addressing the delegates, Sh.Shailash Gandhi advised that we
\nshould fight for good governance. 
\nTransparency is required in the system. Moreover, RTI should be filed
\nsimply within 150-200 words. It should be short & focused. He even
\ninteracted with the representatives of Societies, RWA & various social
\norganizations of dwarka who raised several questions.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nApart from this, Rajesh Gahlot, Member, DDA and Ex. Dy.
\nMayor, Delhi informed  the residents
\nabout various on-going and future schemes for Dwarka particularly of M.C.D.
\n& D.D.A. Mr. Gahlot informed dwakaparichay<\/b> that more than 18 community
\nHalls will allotted soon for dwarka & Bharat Vandana Park in Sector 20 with
\na huge area of 200 acre land with all modern facilities. The Dwarka Forum organized the workshop for the office bearers of
\nCGHS, RWA\u2019s and other stake holders of Dwarka. <\/div>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\nMr. Rejimon C.K. President of
\nthe Forum told that Forum has now become the voice of Dwarka and in an action
\noriented approach, Forum passed three resolutions demanding equal water for
\nDwarka with the rest of Delhi, early start of construction of 750-bed hospital
\nand unification of Dwarka\u2019s MCD wards and MLA Constituencies. Sampath Kumar, a
\nleading social worker gave a presentation of effective Management of CGHS. <\/div>\n

\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThe
\nworkshop was well attended by Mr.Sushil Kumar-General Secretary,
\nMr.M.K.Gupta-Media Advisor, Mr.Rajiv Solanki-Vice President, Ms.Madhuri,
\nMs.Sudha Iyer, Mr.Anil Nayal, Anoop Roera, Mr.Anil Rajput etc. from Dwarka Forum, Mr.Mukesh
\nSinha, Advocate P.S.Singh, Advocate J.B.Mudgil, Mr.Sanjeev Goyal,
\nMr.Ghanshyam-P.R.O.-Bhagat Hospital, Dwarka, Ms. Tripti Pathak etc.<\/div>\n
