Survival in this globalized world is dependent on sustainable approaches, which in turn depend on knowledge. The need of the hour is to design systems and processes which will not only help employees deal with the challenging business scenario, but also generate significant business value. With people being at the core of every activity, the need is for strategic global leadership and effective change management.<\/p>\n
