Over 3000 school children from Delhi\/NCR will be participating in the event. <\/p>\n<p>The festival will be organized by Heart Care Foundation of India, Department of Health, Government of Delhi, NDMC, MCD and World Fellowship of Religions.<\/p>\n<p>Giving the details, Padmashri &amp; Dr. B.C. Roy National Awardee <b>Dr. KK Aggarwal<\/b> President of Heart Care Foundation of India and MTNL Perfect Health Mela said that keeping the environment clean can prevent a large number of communicable diseases. Environment hygiene includes air hygiene, water hygiene and food hygiene.
