About the artist<\/b><\/p>\n

Madhura Phatak is a well known Kathak danseuse, who represents a fusion of traditional ans contemporary styles. A diciple of Guru Shovana Narayan, Madhura displays mastery over both ‘ Nritta’ and ‘Abhinaya’ aspects, intrinsic only to Kathak. Receipient of the Singar Mani title and the best dancer award from the Sahitya Kala Parishad, Madhura has enthralled audiences across borders. She has to her credit several successful choreographies. Nazm is one of her latest compositions inspired by the artistry of interpretative Abhinaya, which is the essence of Kathak.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
