Mr.Mukesh Sinha was the Chief Guest,&nbsp;Dr.N.Saini, Dr.D.R.Rai as Guest of Honour, Dr.Harish Gupta-President&nbsp;Elect DMA, Dr.I.K.Kasturia-Finance Secretary-IMA Dwarka graced the&nbsp;occasion.
