Disney Channel\u2019s popular original television series, Ishaan, is set to delight audiences yet again with the launch of its new music album. This highly anticipated album comprises nine exciting tracks featured on Ishaan \u2013 Sapno Ko Awaz De and a super special bonus track from the original king of Disco – Bappi Lahiri. <\/p>\n

\nThe music of Ishaan, loved by kids and families alike, resonates the show\u2019s themes of fun and friendship. The album features peppy tracks sung by young artists Nikhil D\u2019souza, Remo Ghosh, Debopriya (June) Bannerjee, Rajiv Sndaresan, Kaizad Gerda and Pawni Pandey. Well known music directors Anand Ranganathan, Dhruv Ghanekar along with Kaizad Gerda and Kabir Singh have arranged music for the show. The lyrics of the songs have been given by Irfan Siddiqui and P.A. Sreekanth.<\/div>\n

\nSpeaking about the album, Natasha Malhotra, vice president and general manager, Walt Disney Television International India, said, \u201cWe\u2019re very excited about the unprecedented success of Ishaan\u2019s music. Ishaan is the first locally produced musical for tweens on Indian television and the album will also be the first time that a television show\u2019s music featuring original tracks will be launched. This initiative sets a new standard within the industry that we will continue to maintain and challenge. The album features some exceptionally talented artists whose rhythm and vocals are an absolute delight to hear.\u201d<\/div>\n
Says Dhruv Ghanekar, \u201cWorking on Ishaan music has been a fun and exciting experience. It\u2019s been a pleasure to collaborate with some gifted young artists and bring Disney\u2019s storytelling alive through the music.<\/div>\n
\n\u201cIshaan has a big fan following and I\u2019m sure these kids and their families will enjoy listening to the music on the album as much as they enjoyed watching it on the show\u201d adds Anandh Ranganathan. The songs on the album have a contemporary pop feel and range from fun-filled catchy tunes like \u201cI\u2019m the one\u201d, to acoustic love ballads like \u201cJo Pyaar Ho Raha Hai\u201d, to the fan favourite rock anthem, \u201cSapno ko awaz de\u201d. There is also an extra special treat for the fans in the form of a bonus track titled \u2018D.I.S.C.O\u2019 by the king of disco himself,
\nBappi Lahiri. This wholesome and youthful blend of various music styles lends the entire album an \u201ceasy listening\u201d feel that will appeal to listeners with varied musical preferences.
