On 30th September 2010, Smt. D. Purandeswari<\/strong>, Minister of State, HRD, Govt. of India along with Shri Rajpal <\/strong>Chairman, Venkateshwar Group of Schools, Sailander Solanki<\/strong> Chairman, Sri VIS and Nita Arora<\/strong> school Principal lit the ceremonial lamp to the chants of `Gayatri mantra\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The occasion was `Vivaan<\/strong>\u2019 the 4th Annual Day of the  school.

\nThe theme was `\u00c9lan Vital\u2019<\/strong>, a musical cultural extravaganza celebrating the joys of life that brought almost all the students of primary wing and senior school together on the stage.<\/p>\n

The theme touched the hearts and souls of more than 3000 people present there. The tone and tenor of the evening was set by the school orchestra, whose rendition of `Fangs Symphony\u2019<\/strong> left everyone spellbound. The crescendo of the musical pieces was reached with the school song `We had a vision\u2019<\/strong>, penned by Renuka , `Chal Chal Chal\u2019<\/strong> an award winning composition and the song created especially for the Commonwealth Games `We\u2019re the best\u2019<\/strong> whose lyrics are composed by Anupam Kishore Gakhar.<\/div>\n

The school Principal Nita Arora welcomed the august gathering of VIPs and parents comprising of educationists, bureaucrats, politicians and entrepreneurs. The School Chairman Sailander Solanki shared his vision for continual growth so that the children from Venkateshwar Group of schools would be setting trends in the global context.<\/p>\n

\n\u00c9lan Vital<\/strong> – The musical ballet celebrating the love for life showed human life as a kaleidoscope of emotions; wherein one shade complements the other. It also highlighted that this very basis of human existence takes us through a myriad of experiences some bitter, some sweet, both equally important for completing the circle of life. The love for life brings forth the creative forces which herald the growth and change summoning the will to conquer the Impossible. Ginni, the musical ballet inspired by the book `Totto Chan- the Little Girl At the Window\u2019 was presented by young performers of Classes I and II and brought awareness to us that sometimes letting children to do what they want is a good way for them to learn too. The Pre-primary students revived the traditional art of puppet theatre and left the audience truly mesmerized.<\/p>\n

Vishu Gupta<\/strong> was awarded the most prestigious `Chairman\u2019s Trophy for Excellence\u2019. Shaunak Narindra<\/strong> was honoured with the `Principal\u2019s Award for Leadership\u2019. Strength House<\/strong> was awarded the spectacular rolling trophy for `Overall Excellence in Co curricular Activities\u2019.<\/p>\n
