The country is to be defended day I and day out by being vigilant and alert and by bringing forth corruption at higher level.. it is built in duties of every citizen to strive for a corruption-free society and expose corruption whenever it comes to his\/ her knowledge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cWhen corruption in this country has taken deep roots, citizens are permitted to act as agent provocateurs to bring out and expose and uproot corruption.To show to what extent state managers are corrupt, acting as agent provocateurs doesn\u2019t amount to committing a crime\u201d.<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolice didn\u2019t seem interested in registration of an FIR even after knowing about the corruption.
