\nHandicapped Children’s Parents Association (HCPA) is a voluntary organisation formed by the parents of persons effected by Cerebral Palsy. CP inflicts multiple disabilities in the victim. The effects are ir-reversible. Medicine or surgery have no cure. The victim becomes dependent on others even for basic needs. Parents of such persons are haunted by qestions like “WHO \/ WHAT After us?”. <\/em><\/strong>

\nHCPA is the answer to such questions,  SNEH-KUNJ the HOME for SPASTICS at Sector-5 Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 INDIA to provides safe, secure and dignified accomodation to Spastics who survive their parents.<\/em><\/strong>

\n11.00 onward Cultural programme by the day care center
\n12.00 onwards Games for special children and guests
\n13.00 Open House followed by lunch.<\/p>\n
