Telefax: 26673608 <\/p>\n<p>PUBLIC NOTICE <\/p>\n<p>\n1. The Distribution Licensees of Delhi viz. BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Ltd. (BYPL), North Delhi Power Ltd. (NDPL) and New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) have filed their petitions for true up of expenses for FY 2008-09 and approval of revised Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) and tariff for FY 2010-11. In the Public Notice published on 17th \u2013 18th of January, 2010 the last date for receipt of comments from stakeholders was 6th of February, 2010. <\/p>\n<p>2. Due to representations received from a number of stakeholders, the last date for receipt of comments has now been extended to 15th of February, 2010. <\/p>\n<p>3. The petitions filed by the Licensees and a note on the salient features of Petitions can be downloaded from the website of the Commission (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.derc.gov.in\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.derc.gov.in\/<\/a>).
