The celebration will start from 10.30 A.M. onwards. Different programme like <em><strong>Kavi Sammelan, Cultural programme &#8211; vandana, welcome song, gazals <\/strong><\/em>will be the main attraction of the celebration. <strong>Sh. Joginder Singh (former Director-C.B.I.)<\/strong> will be the Chief Guest of the occasion.
