Uttarakhand Chetna Manch \u2013 Dwarka (UCMD) is organizing a colourful mega cultural programme called \u201cBikhauti (Baisakhi)\u201d on Saturday, 11 April, 2009 at the CCRT Auditorium, Sec-7, Dwarka, New Delhi. This\u2019ll be the showcase of folk songs, dances, dresses, & musical instruments of Uttarakhand. Entry to the programme is through Pass only.
