The celebration will start from 10.30 A.M. onwards.  According to Mr.Anil Verma-President &amp; Mr.S.S.DOGRA-Patron-Blind Persons Association, Dwarka, different  sports events-races, discuss throw, shot put, Kavi Sammelan, Cultural programme- vandana, welcome song, gazals will be the main attraction of the celebration. In the end, the annual report of the organization will be presented.
