The <strong>14th Annual Sports Gala<\/strong> concluded at <strong>Dwarka Sports Complex<\/strong>. During two weeks long events like <strong>Inter School basketball championship, Tennis, Squash, Table Tennis and Snooker <\/strong>etc, were played. Hundreds of athletes took part in it. According to <strong>Col. I.K. Bedi-Secretary &amp; Mr.Vijay Kumar Verma-Manager<\/strong> of the complex, <strong>Vikas<\/strong> won the Man\u2019s single title defeating Sthane Stephens, in woman section, <strong>Anju Rawat<\/strong> beat Pratima Menon in double\u2019s final match <strong>Vikas &amp; Arvind<\/strong> defeated Sthane Stephens &amp; Amit in Table Tennis game. In Squash, <strong>Rudrakash<\/strong> beat Hemant, while <strong>Sachin Verma<\/strong> defeated Ravinder in Single and pair of <strong>Atul &amp; Anil<\/strong> beat Ravinder &amp; Mohinder in Double\u2019s Lawn Tennis game. <strong>Rajiv Solanki<\/strong> won the Snooker title by defeating Vikas in the final. Sixteen teams from different school participated in the Inter school Basketball championship and this event was won by <strong>Jindal Public School<\/strong> defeating Indra Ideal School. On the occasion of the prize distribution ceremony, <strong>Chief Guest, Arjun Awardee Sh. Mohinder Lal<\/strong>-( Pistol shooter who represented India during Los Angles Olympic 1984) gave away trophies to all the winners and runners up players.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S.S.DOGRA 17th Dec.,08.
