As it is rightly said by a renowned philosopher that \u2018Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breathe that creates inner serenity and harmony\u2019 and considering this music a way to take all the yogis and yoginis to the land of contentment, we the people of N.K. Bagrodia Public School celebrated the 6th Inter School Yogathon Championship on 6th April 2018. It is indeed a great pleasure that our school completed seventeen glorious years of educational excellence and what best can be done to celebrate the day with the spirit of sportsmanship as well as awareness for healthy living. \u2018Start by doing something what\u2019s necessary and then do what\u2019s possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible\u2019\u2026 Considering this very notion in our heads, our school decided to start the event with a token of freshness to the guests of honour by our Principal. Mr. Anil Mudgal, who heads the Delhi state and Mr. Pawan Kumar who is also a National Yoga Player. The event was chaired by the Chairperson of the school Smt. Pushpa Devi Bagrodia ji. The event started with some yoga demonstrations as it is believed that Yoga is not an experiment that we learn by seeing or by reading, rather it is a skill or an art that we imbibe by practising it through heart and mind. It was indeed a great pleasure to have a total of 227 participants from 27 schools all over Delhi. The participants had great enthusiasm and excitement while performing the yoga asanas.
