\nAmbassador Cho Hyun accompanied by Mrs Cho Hyun during his Three day visit will apart from opening of Consul General will also be visiting various other institutions and business facilities in Tricity in a bid to further strengthen cultural, educational, business and investment relations between republic of Koreaand India especially in the states of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.<\/div>\n

\nThe opening of Consul General office in Chandigarh will provide limited consul assistance in the states of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Union territory of Chandigarh. Ambassador Cho Hyun will formally announce appointment of Mr Jagdip Singh ,Chairman, Sigma Group of Industries, one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of auto components from the country having production units in Punjab and Haryana as First Hon Consul General of Republic of Korea in Chandigarh.<\/p>\n

Ambassador Cho Hyun along with Hon Consul General Jagdip Singh will be visiting various institutions and tourists spots in Tri-city including Sigma Freudenberg NOK (SFN) auto manufacturing unit in Basma, Near Banur, Punjab, IT Park Chandigarh, Infosys Technology Park, Net Solutions Campus, Panjab University to meet Vice Chancellor and to address and interact students on \u2018The Efforts of South Asian Countries in Maintaining Peace in the Region\u2019. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
