Neither the politicians&nbsp;nor the Govt machinery is visible. The situation in high rise buildings is&nbsp;critical. As per Ex.En DJB, the water tankers are being high jacked. People&nbsp;are minting money out of miseries and sufferings.<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nThe NHRC has taken&nbsp;cognizance in the matter on 23.2.2016 yet the DJB has not woken at all from &nbsp;slumbers. The matter was heard &amp; Summons have been issued in the name of CEO, Delhi Jal Board requiring him to personally appear on 7.3.2016 at 2.30 PM. <\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nThe Jt. C.P.
