The delay of 8+ years to complete this road is causing many problems for the residents of nearby sectors.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\nWe are a large group of flat owners along the expressway, distressed because our flats are unlivable. We have paid many lakhs per flat for EDC\/IDC but govt. has failed to deliver infrastructure. We have planned to raise our concerns due to the inordinate delay in completion of Dwarka Expressway\/NPR connecting Gurgaon &amp; Delhi. Even after so much delay, the area is unlivable. Buyers are left with no option except protest.<\/p>\n<p>Residents from every apartment complex along Dwarka expressway have joined together to form an umbrella association.
