Dr. Gagandeep Kaur Gulati is teaching at Institute of Information Technology and Management (IITM) at New Delhi. She has a vast experience of industry and academic field. She has written around 50 research papers and presented them in various national and international conferences. Her work has been published in various journals and books.
\nDr. Gagandeep Kaur has written a book on empowering women. The book is named Weaving Dreams into Reality\u2026Inspiring Women.
\nThe book shares the journey of 20 successful and leading women of India who have achieved excellence in their respective fields \u2013 education, fashion designing, corporate, social work, medical, hospitality and entrepreneurship.
\nThe book launch was done at Taj Vivanta Dwarka on 1st sept, 2017

The book shares the childhood experiences of these women, where were they born, to which family background they belong to, their lifestyle then and now, their schooling, and attaining their professional degrees. Was their journey a cakewalk for them or they had to face any problems or challenges in life. How did they overcome those challenges while sticking to their beliefs and philosophies? Did they face any competition, rivalries especially being a woman? Their thoughts on women can be on an equal pedestal with men.<\/p>\n
Dr. Gagandeep Kaur has authored another book on the name \u201cBig Dreams Bigger Achievements\u201d that shares the Real Life Stories of 25 successful women. These are from different profiles and include Shahnaz Husain, Padam Shree Shovana Narayan and many other successful women.<\/p>\n
Dr. Gagandeep has a rich collection of qualifications and degree. She has done M.Com. , M.Edu., MBA and Ph.D. in Commerce and Management from Punjab University Chandigarh.<\/p>\n
Dr Gagandeep has various achievements and accolades to her credit:

\n2. Exceptional Woman of Excellence Award, World Economic Forum, Conference held at Taj Vivanta in May, 2018
