Our little MBSians celebrated Bapu\u2019s birthday in school a day prior to, on 1st October,2018 with great zeal &amp; enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-53731\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/MBS-International-School-celebrated-Gandhi-Jayanti2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"441\" \/><br \/>\nThe children were shown a movie on the life of \u201cBapu\u201d. They were also told that the United Nations also celebrates October 2 as the International Day of non-violence to honour Gandhiji\u2019s belief in peace &amp; non-violence. The tiny-tots of MBS were encouraged to think about the sacrifices of our freedom fighters, analyze the importance &amp; to understand the value of freedom.<br \/>\nBack in the class the children were acquainted with Gandhiji\u2019s image again and the day closed with Gandhiji\u2019s favourite song \u201cRaghupati Raghav Raja Ram\u201d resonating in the air.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MBS International School celebrated Gandhi Jayanti to commemorate birth anniversary of the Father of our Nation-Mahatma Gandhi.
