His sad demise is a great loss to the world aiming for sustainability\u201d said Mr Yatinder Pal Singh Suri, Country head, Outokumpu India, a Finnish Stainless steel major and president, Process Plant and Machinery Association of India (PPMAI- an apex body of capital goods producers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c India being a cash crunched country, he realized well that the country cannot afford to lose 3-4% of it\u2019s national GDP annually. His efforts for building a sustainable India will be long remembered. His pleasing and accessible personality is something rare to find in political system. He shall be missed.\u201d Said Mr Suri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe able Minister understood that many industries including aerospace, nuclear, offshore industries were facing the critical nature of the corrosion problems and the government and other industries will have to mitigate corrosion issues without mere considering it as a repair and maintenance issue.
