Bagrodia Public School on 10<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>December 2018. The workshop was organized by New Saraswati Publication keeping in mind the objective of promoting and highlighting the richness of the classical language, Sanskrit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Sanskrit-workshop-conducted-at-NKBPS-Dwarka.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55168\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop began with the recitation of divine hymns\nfollowed by lighting of lamps. The principal of the school, Dr. (Mrs.) Rajee.N.Kumar\nfelicitated the spokesperson, Mr. Upendra Kumar Sashtri, with a bouquet of flowers\nand in return, was welcomed by the prominent members of the New Saraswati\nPublication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was attended by the fellow teachers of about\ntwenty schools in Delhi. In the first half of the workshop, the esteemed\nspeaker, in his lecture emphasized on achieving proficiency in the four basic\nskills in Sanskrit language, namely-reading, writing, speaking and listening.\nIn the later half, however, the same was demonstrated clearly through the help\nof several activities to the teachers. Numerous task-based learning activities\nwere spoken about and discussed to make Sanskrit teaching and learning\ninteractive and useful for both teachers and the students among which direct\ndemonstrations, riddles, shlokochharan and conversation (samvad) were primarily\nlaid stress on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop culminated with the distribution of\ncertificates and a vote of thanks to the resource person for the successful\ncompletion of the event.
