ASM took this initiative to make Elders tech savvy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop served as an interactive platform for learning about various technological aspects and usage of Smart-phone, WhatsApp and Facebook. This Workshop brought together 30 people (age group 55 years and above) from various\u00a0 societies and NGO\u2019s of Dwarka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/ASM-organized-the-Workshop-for-Making-Elders-Tech-Smart2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55587\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/ASM-organized-the-Workshop-for-Making-Elders-Tech-Smart3a.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55588\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0The session started with opening remarks by Prof. O.P Khanduja, Executive Director, Apeejay School of Management. He welcomed the participants and wished all the participants to have a great learning experience in the Workshop.\u00a0 The technical session was handled by Dr Monika Arora, Associate Professor, ASM. She covered the important features of a smartphone,\u00a0 WhatsApp and Facebook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/ASM-organized-the-Workshop-for-Making-Elders-Tech-Smart4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55589\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop was well managed by the organizing committee members Ms. Jitender Kaur, Ms. Manpreet Kaur and\u00a0 students volunteers, who assisted allocated groups of people during the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/ASM-organized-the-Workshop-for-Making-Elders-Tech-Smart5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55590\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;In the end, Prof. Khanduja while addressing\nthe participants, assured them to have more such workshops in future to serve\nthe society. Dr. Monika Arora, the coordinator of the Workshop presented a vote\nof thanks.
