Yoga is an ancient\u00a0<br>physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. The word\u00a0<br>\u2018yoga\u2019 derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the\u00a0<br>union of body and consciousness. This is now being practiced all over the\u00a0<br>world and is growing in popularity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/YOGA-CAMP-at-Dwarka\u2013-A-GREAT-SUCCESS-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57855\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In keeping with this popularity, the\u00a0United Nations in 2014, proclaimed 21 June as International Yoga Day.\u00a0International Yoga Day aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many\u00a0benefits of practicing yoga. In the sub city, the International Yoga Day\u00a0was observed with zest at various parks. Dwarka Hello Moms, an NGO working\u00a0for underprivileged also celebrated International Yoga day with lot of\u00a0 enthusiasm. Dwarka Hello Moms and Sycorian matrimonial Services organised\u00a0Yoga Camp on Friday 21 June at the DDA Park behind sector 22 Manish mall.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/YOGA-CAMP-at-Dwarka\u2013-A-GREAT-SUCCESS-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57856\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The camp was organised on occasion of International Yoga day. Asian Gold\u00a0<br>medallist Yog Guru Kishan Kumar Garg and Yoga Guru Manmohan Gupta conducted\u00a0the program. Timings of the camp was 6 to 7.30 am. The yoga gurus\u00a0demonstrated yogaasan for well being and healthy living. Dr Sunil Aggarwal\u00a0Accupressure doctor discussed 4 diseases that can be cured through\u00a0Accupressure including BP, Sugar, thyroid and cervical. He demonstrated\u00a0pressure points that can give relief to patients. Patanjali Yoga Guru\u00a0Manmohan Gupta, silver medallist demonstrated yogasans, pranayams and\u00a0astang yog for 4 diseases BP, sugar, Thyroid and cervical. He also\u00a0demonstrated asans for sciatica and arthritis patients.
