\nA five day \u2018Summer Fiesta\u2019 program organised by renowned Delhi Public School (DPS) Rishikesh to incorporate various lifestyle and health related skills among vacationing school children began at DPS Rishikesh campus today.<\/p>\n

\nAbout 90 Students from DPS Rishikesh studying in class Nursery to 5th are taking part in the five day fiesta from May 23- 27, 2018 .The The progm is being organised in association with Quality Education Asia, an organisation working for imparting skills for bringing up strong next generation.<\/p>\n

\u201c The Four hour daily unique program ‘ Parivartan’ 9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon has been launched with aim to incorporate various skills and zeal to grow , celebrate life with loved ones. among school children . These skills include understanding family, honesty, care, incorporating moral values, fostering love, Fitness and healthy eating habits, mingling with parents, family values .incorporating other lifestyle skills.\u201d Said Ms Rachna Pandit, Director DPS, Rishikesh while launching the program.<\/p><\/div>\n

” Some of skills that will imparted include thinking skills, social skills, emotional skills, health and wellness skills, eduation, attitude and valuesand gender senistivity ” Ms Pandit said.<\/p>\n

\u201c The Summer Fiesta will provide them learning opportunities in the world of Innovation, Curiosity and Happiness and to utilize their summer vacation through various creative activities. This will also help children to pursue their dreams with full spirit, energy and positive attitude; and success will come back to them.\u201d She said.<\/p>\n

\u201c Some of major highlight of the program will include teaching children importance of family as on the last Two days of the fiesta parents of children will be invited and allowed to mingle with children and have feel of the program. The last Two days have been titled \u2018 A day with parents \u2013are you Ready for the Challenge and We promise we are always together \u201c Ms Pandit said.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n<\/a>This Sumer Fiesta program will help children and parents become emotionally balanced and spiritually strong At End of the program a certificate will be provided to the children.<\/p>\n
