Today, there are numerous examples of how technology is bringing a revolution in this industry. Technologies such as\u00a0Artificial Intelligence (AI)\u00a0to the\u00a0Internet of Things (IoT)\u00a0are dramatically reshaping the construction by driving away long-standing inefficacies, and low productivity. The collision of Technology and Infrastructure is changing the way cities, countries and regions confront the daunting infrastructure challenges which require innovative, affordable and sustainable solutions. Emerging Technologies are playing a crucial role in the development of infrastructure by the upgradation of urban areas to smart cities \u201c said MR Amitabha Ghosal, President, Consulting Engineers Association of India (CEAI)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAccording to the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), the world\u2019s urban population is predicted to increase by 35% by 2050. The largest urban transformation of the 21st century is happening in India, with an anticipated investment of US$ 1 trillion by 2030, as reported by the World Economic Forum. This will bring about a massive demand for the use of Emerging Technologies in the Infrastructure Sector.\u201d Mr Ghosal said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the topics that will be discussed at the webinar will include artificial intelligence and machine learning vr\/ar in infrastructure artificial intelligence in cloud computing and internet of things profi consultants perspective on vr \/ ar in oil &amp; gas sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speakers at the webinar will include .
