We &nbsp;invite all the young and women entrepreneurs to come forward to make investments and contribute for the growth of the Nation.\u201d Said Mr Piyush Goyal, Union Minister Commerce &amp; Industry, Textiles, Consumer Affairs, Food &amp; Public Distribution &nbsp;while speaking at an interactive session on \u2018Invest in Her\u2019 organised by FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) , the apex body of women businesswomen across the nation &nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/FREE-TRADE-AGREEMENT-WITH-UK-IN-FINAL-STAGES.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68091\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Centre is working actively with different countries to finalise Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and talks with United Kingdim (UK) are in final stages &nbsp;which will give zero duty access to various business sectors in world market. Due to the &nbsp;various policy initiatives taken by the Government and the hard work put in by the industry country to boost exports .&nbsp; He stated that the country would reach 30 trillion economy from the level of 3 trillion economy and the government has been aggressively addressing all the structural issues including the tariff barriers, issues in taxation, global competitiveness,\u201d Mr Goyal said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c Women should become ambassadors of Quality Revolution: Increase consumer awareness &amp; create sustainable goods with utmost focus on quality.&nbsp;Collaborate with each other and with other fellow women entrepreneurs: Harness the immense potential of women in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.And&nbsp;Connect with India\u2019s heritage: Explore our country\u2019s rich culture &amp; traditions to innovate in areas of handlooms, handicrafts, art &amp; craft \u201c the minister said&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen girls are empowered, then countries become stronger &amp; more prosperous, we have to strengthen our Nari Shakti, as Prime Minister said, \u2018Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao.\u2019\u201d He added&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The minister also released a Dossier with government policies for women entrepreneurship and Trade and unveiled a FLO startup mentor ship platform at the event&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInvesting in women and attention to their employment opportunities and empowerment, pays huge dividends in terms of economic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>India is&nbsp;poised&nbsp;to benefit from equality where currently only 25 percent of the&nbsp;labor&nbsp;force is female.&nbsp;The economic impact of achieving gender equality in India is estimated to be US$700 billion of added GDP by 2025. The IMF estimates that equal participation of women in the workforce will increase India&#8217;s GDP by&nbsp;27 percent.\u201d Said Ms Jayanti Dalmia, President, FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) while speaking on the occasion .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHowever, there are&nbsp;a number of&nbsp;challenges women in business face like unconscious biases, challenges in export opportunities, creating and meeting right trading partners, challenges in accessing investments and finance.
