\u201cI wanted to connect with the people that forced me to join the police service.  About my Five year tenure as , the office of Lt. Governor of Puducherry.I changed various habits and brought new ideas as the Lt. Governor that enabled me  to exceptionally lead the public office \u201c said Dr Bedi .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recalling how people called her a mother\/sister during her years as the Lt. Governor of Puducherry she said establishing a human contact is what makes a woman special. And she called upon women to use it as a transformation tool in their leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concluding her presentation, Dr. Bedi said once she became fearless, her tenure as a Lt. Governor of Puducherry became limitless she claimed.<\/p>\n\n\n

Answering a question from the audience, she expressed that economical empowerment of women is the catalyst of transformation in the society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
