The event witnessed notable participation from policymakers, scientists, diplomats, and experts.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/World-Water-Day-2026-Seminar.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-72471\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Chief Guest Dr. Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Minister of State, Ministry of Jal Shakti, described water security as the foundation of Viksit Bharat 2047. He highlighted that under the Jal Jeevan Mission, more than 150 million rural households have been provided with tap water connections, safeguarding both the time and dignity of women. Key speakers including Dr. V.K. Saraswat (NITI Aayog) and FCC President Dr.W.S.H. Awwad emphasized community participation, revival of traditional water structures, and the leadership role of women in water management.
