Verma; recently retired Delhi Police Inspector Kishori Lal Sharma; noted social worker Yashoda Singh, who has performed the last rites and immersed the ashes of thousands of unclaimed bodies; Traffic Police Commissioner Neeraj Thakur; Vice Chairman of Kangra Cooperative Bank R.K.
