Jointly organised by the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the Mahotsav promotes the spirit of \u201cMade in India, Made for India, Made for the World.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

The event brings together MSMEs, startups, traders, manufacturers, women and young entrepreneurs, buyers and other business stakeholders. It features a wide range of sectors, including textiles, footwear, FMCG, automobiles, electronics, green energy, agriculture, biotechnology, tourism, handicrafts and traditional Indian products. B2B meetings, investment opportunities, networking and entrepreneurship initiatives are also among its key attractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A significant highlight of the Mahotsav was the participation of Ruchik Patel, who advocated stronger Bharat\u2013Russia skilled workforce partnerships. With more than a decade of experience in international recruitment, Patel emphasised the potential of India\u2019s skilled workforce to contribute to Russia\u2019s growing industrial, infrastructure, construction and manufacturing sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cThe future of Bharat\u2013Russia relations is not limited to trade in products. It is also about skills, talent, technology and human capital,\u201d Patel said. He stressed the need to build a comprehensive workforce ecosystem through collaboration among Indian and Russian companies, industry associations and government stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another notable session featured Sunil Mangal, specially invited from Kanpur, who delivered an inspiring motivational talk focusing on accessibility and inclusion. Mangal highlighted the need for sensitive, inclusive and barrier-free environments for persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharing his \u201c7 Untouched Points of Accessibility,\u201d Mangal drew attention to often-overlooked aspects such as seating arrangements, restrooms, floor-level changes, stair railings, auditoriums, cinema halls and hotel accommodation for persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAccessibility is not merely about infrastructure; it is about dignity, independence and equal participation,\u201d he said, stressing that ramps, lifts and railings alone do not constitute complete accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The practical and motivational presentation was appreciated by participants and business representatives, reinforcing the message that inclusive practices, skilled human resources and Indian entrepreneurship must become integral to the country\u2019s future business ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
