\nVandana Arora is the founder and director of \u2018the Vedic way\u2019, an organization that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people by introducing them to the knowledge that is enlightening and uplifting. The organization caters primarily to the needs of students and adults in the area of attaining excellence in performance through its various programs.<\/div>\n

\nOne of her main areas of research is Vedic Mathematics. Vandana has been practicing and teaching Vedic Mathematics to people of all age groups for nearly twelve years. Her objective in teaching this Indian system of Mathematics that originates from the Vedas is to help students and adults overcome the fear of Math, gain speed and efficiency in calculations and excel in any competitive exam involving Mathematics. Participants attain holistic development of brain through this unique system that encourages both left and right brain activity.<\/p>\n

Another area of her expertise is Learning Skills. With the help of techniques like active relaxation while studying, revision, note making through mind mapping, managing physical and emotional stress through Yoga, and enhancing memory and concentration through the practice of breathing and meditation, she has guided many students attain excellence in performance at school. Apart from this she conducts workshops in Yoga including specialized programs in Pranayama and Meditation and Stress management for adults.<\/p>\n

\nVandana is MBA from Melbourne Business School, Australia by Qualification and is trained as a Yoga teacher from reputed Institutes like Sivananda International, Kerala and Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala. She was trained in Vedic Mathematics and Study Skills under a German Scholar Dr Thomas Puetz currently residing in Indore, MP. She travels to different parts of the country to teach and is attached to organizations including Sivananda Ashram in Kerala and Vedic Sadhan Ashram Tapovan in Dehradun. She resides in Delhi and conducts her workshops in various parts of Delhi and Gurgaon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
