The credit goes to none other than Advocate P.S.Singh who is also Hony. Secretary of Dwarka Court Bar Association(Regd.). It is who raised the demand for this Railway Reservation counter vide letter no. DCBA\/32\/1 on 19th December, 2012 to Hon\u2019ble Railway Minister.
