Various cultural and  religious events were held at Punjabi Bagh stadium. Chief guest  Education Minister Dr. Kiran Walia, MLA, O P Babbar, Minister  of Labor and Industry Ramakant Goswami graced the event. The programme began with lighting of the lamp by U.C. Rohilla , chief patron L.D. Shahdad Puri and president Manoher G Balwani. The main attraction of the mela was Sindhi Jhankiya , folk songs and dance.
