\nPAHAL is a registered N.G.O. founded in the year 2011 by Mr.Malay Chakroborty , Mr.K.C.Banerjee and Mr.Byomkesh Bhattacharjee. It got the legal identity in May, 2012. It has the registered office in the sub city. Within a short span of time it has several branches in Delhi, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Patna, Lucknow. It will soon start some more branches in Chandigarh, Guwahati, Allahabad, Srinagar, Bhubaneswar and Silchar. <\/p>\n

Objective: <\/b>
The main objective of PAHAL is helping and upliftment of the economically weaker section of the society. It has been catalyzing efforts to create positive social change at a massive scale. <\/p>\n

It has been very active NGO and so far it has conducted several activities like cloth distribution, Medical Camp, helping the blind people as well as eye donation campaign. On the occasion of national holidays like Republic Day and Independence Day, it has regular feature of clothes distribution camp and health check up camps in different parts of the sub city. All the branches of PAHAL organize different activities in their respective areas. <\/div>\n

Distribution of sterilized cotton to women
Immunization campaign
Helping HIVAIDS affected women.
Helping blind girl students.
Shelter for old aged people.
Counselling and literacy programme by the ladies wings of PAHAL. <\/p>\n

Recognition at International level: <\/b>
It has already been approached to start operations at Republic of Ghana, the republic of Gambia, Togolish Republic, Thailand and Phillipines.<\/div>\n
