{"id":9260,"date":"2013-03-14T12:47:00","date_gmt":"2013-03-14T12:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/2013\/03\/dwarka-court-advocates-strike-suspended\/"},"modified":"2018-06-04T16:55:23","modified_gmt":"2018-06-04T16:55:23","slug":"dwarka-court-advocates-strike-suspended","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dwarkaparichay.com\/blog\/dwarka-court-advocates-strike-suspended\/","title":{"rendered":"DWARKA COURT ADVOCATES\u2019 STRIKE SUSPENDED WITH THE INTERVENTION BY DELHI HIGH COURT"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" trbidi=\"on\">\n<br \/>The 14-day Strike by Dwarka Court Advocates stands suspended as a result of intervention by Delhi High Court.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<br \/>The Executive Committee Members of DCBA yesterday met the Hon\u2019ble Chief Justice and other Hon\u2019ble Senior Judges of the Delhi High Court, who are on the Administrative Committee.  The Hon\u2019ble Judges assured that the just and logical demand of the DCBA will be sympathetically considered. <\/p>\n<p>In the General Body Meeting called by the Executive Committee of the DCBA on 14th March to take stock of the situation and decide future course of action, it was unanimously decided by the Members to suspend the Strike.
