\n A relieved Wim Koevermans said his team \u201cdeserved the three points,\u201d at the end of the match. \u201cIt was deserving win for us. We were the better team for most of the match and had so many positive chances,\u201d he quipped at the post-match Press Conference.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe threat of counter-attacks were always there. But if you look back, we had more opportunities all throughout,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe scored two excellent goals — both towards the end of both halves. We could score more. It was the most important match in the Tournament for us. We needed to begin with a win and we have achieved our purpose,\u201d he maintained.<\/p>\n

Referring to a question as to whether India can beat Myanmar, Koevermans informed that \u201cIndia are taking one match at a time.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe play Guam next and we are concentrating on them at the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut at the same time, I\u2019m not happy in conceding off a set-piece,\u201d he went on.<\/p>\n
