What are the main features of Dwarka Expressway?
It’s a better project which connects to Dwarka & Gurgaon.
The investors have shown tremendous response in the projects along the Dwarka Expressway because this area has very popular due to Dwarka. The people already have a great experience with their investments in Dwarka. That’s why Gurgaon Dwarka Expressway is having good future prospects as an investment option. It has better connectivity, multiple financial returns with promising future.
Will it be more planned or a better city as compared to Dwarka subcity?
We should not compare this project with Dwarka. But Gurgaon Dwarka Expressway would be the best location in coming future because reputed developers are making their dream projects on the expressway which are much better than Dwarka CGHS & DDA Pockets. Also, on Dwarka Expressway, the land is directly allotted by HUDA to private developers to develop their projects. These projects would have facilities like gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, parking etc.
How many sectors are there on the expressway?
The expressway is spread between Sector 80 to sector 114. Few sectors are on Gurgaon Dwarka Expressway.
These projects have many features like wide roads, well planned commercial & residential areas, upcoming metro connectivity and state-of-the-art infrastructure.
How much time will it take to finish the projects?
People should start dwelling in the vicinity by 2014-2015 and It will be fully populated by around 2018.
What is the future of this project?
Future is very good. People will like to stay there due to better availability of ultra-modern amenities in the project.
Which are the major players on the expressway?
Ansal, BPTP, Brisk, Chintels Group, DLF, Earth Infrastructure, Emaar Developers, Era group, India bulls, Mahindra Life spaces, Raheja Developers, Ramprastha Developers, Satya group, Shobha Developers, Siddhartha Group, Spaze, Tashee Group, Vatika Group, VSR Infratech are the major players that are developing their projects on the expressway.
What are the current rates of residential & commercial property on the expressway?
Initially, the rate of residential properties were from Rs. 1600-Rs.2000/-Sq. Ft. and commercial property Rs.9,000/- Sq. Ft. But presently, rate of residential property varies from Rs.3,000-Rs.5,000/-Sq.Ft. & commercial property at Rs.12,000/-Sq.Ft.
Whether all the basic facility will be available after the completion of this project?
Yes, almost all the basic facilities will be available after the completion of the project.
Yes, all private and multi-national banks are offering home loans on the expressway.
Any personal remark about the project and its potential?
According to my own observation, investors should keep patience for handsome returns. If any investor looks for good returns then he can get it either in the initial stage or on the completion stage of the project.
