Seven days bal shivir has come to conclusion. Approx 350 children and elders joined together for Yog . Chief guest Sh. Sharad Aggarwal – pardhan bhartuya yoga sansthan rohini took the class and made the children aware that how Yog can help them to increase their concentration in study. Around 100/painting and 100 essay writing were submitted by children on various topics such as JAL he Jivan hay /Yog in life ./environment and plantation etc. The best 15 children were awarded with plants as their prizes so that they can live with the environment and look the plant growing and smiling as their life on each day.Dr Meenu and Sh Ajit Singh also briefed importance of Yog in today stressed life of children. The programme was concluded by Sh Anil Gupta thanking all volunteers from all sectors of Dwarka who had contributed a lot in making this seven day shivir a great success in incorporating seeds of yoga in young children.
