Dwarka Sports Complex, Delhi Development Authority, Sector-11, Dwarka, New Delhi successfully hosted the 79th Independence Day Celebrations on 15th August 2025 with an impressive turnout of members of Sports Complex and other residents of Dwarka Sub City.
The Flag hoisting ceremony took place by the Chief Guest Shri Ankit Singh (I.P.S.) Deputy Commissioner of Police (Dwarka District) with Shri Kishor Kumar Rewala, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Dwarka, Shri Rajesh Kumar Sahu, SHO (Dwarka South), Col. Anuj Chaturvedi, Secretary, Dwarka Sports Complex and Shri A.S. Chhatwal, Member Coordinator.
Shri Ankit Singh delivered an inspiring speech about the significance of Independence Day and Democracy followed by a vote of thanks at the conclusion of the event by Col. Anuj Chaturvedi, Secretary, Dwarka Sports Complex, Sector-11 for all who joined the celebrations and helped in fostering the Independence Day spirit.
