As per statistical data available, Dwarka is inhabited by a higher percentage of senior citizens in campirison to other areas in NCR. Equally higher is the number of senior citizens residing alone. We are also witness to a large number of cases involving seniors who are victims of cruelty in the hands of their wards. There are others who are suffering dejection, are deprived of basic amenities and helplessness due to absence of any legal aid at their disposal.
These senior citizens deserve special attention and care when it comes to their safety and security. Their needs can only be understood by practicing sensivity, else their vulnerability will go unnoticed said I.M.Khanna, President.
Age Well Association (Regd), one of the leading NGOs of Dwarka is not oblivious of suffering of our senior colleagues. As a part of our objectives, we have taken initiative to organise a SECURITY AWARENESS CAMP FOR SENIOR CITIZENS in association with Delhi Police, Dwarka.
Sh Rajender Singh ACP, Dwarka has very kindly consented to address the gathering at the camp and to update the facilities available at Senior Citizen Cells of all the three Police Stations of Dwarka. The Security & Safety Awareness Camp is organised at Community Hall of Anusandhan Apartments, Plot No 22, Sector 6, Dwarka (landmark: Indian Oil Petrol Pump) on Saturday, the 20th July, 2019 at 4.30 pm.

05.00 pm : Address by ACP, Dwarka
05.30 pm : Interaction and question answer session.
06.00 pm : Registration of Senior Citizens who are yet to be registered with the dedicated cell of Dwarka Police.
We request our members, friends and well wisher to convass and bring a maximum number of senior citizens residing in & around their area who are in distress and requiring redressal of their grievances.
