Sukh Dukh Ke Sathi Sanstha (SDKS) organized its Annual Day and AGM for the year 2017-18, on Thursday, the 20th September, 2018 in the Community Hall of New Kanchanjunga Apartments, Dwarka Sector-23, New Delhi, starting with opening address by President of the Association Shashi Kant Kapoor who applauded participation of the members in social welfare activities of the Association and re-iterated to keep up the spirit with full zeal. P.B. Mishra, General Secretary, spoke on the various activities carried by the Association during the year and new initiatives in pipeline. Mr. Mr D.C. Mathur, Secretary narrated the financial status of SDKS for the financial year 2017-18. At the outset of the meeting, homage was paid to the departed souls of two members expired during this period, by observing two minutes silence.
While discussing the agenda points it was also resolved to publish a souvenir of SDKS as early as possible. It was also resolved that the Association will bear full expenditure for celebrating birthdays of all the members by the Association collectively once a month. Presently, the association celebrates the birthdays of the members but the main expenditure is born by the birthday members themselves. All the agenda points were decided unanimously after due deliberation. The meeting ended in a pleasant atmosphere with vote of thanks by Vice President of the Association Capt S.S. Mann. The programme was conducted by the veteran member Darshan Kumar.
