Children’s Day is celebrated on 14 November every year. It has its own importance particularly for the children. But the Question arises, Why it is known as Children’s Day? Actually, on this date Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, was born. He loved the children very much. So, he named his birthday as “Children’s Day”. On this day, parents present gifts to their children. They also enjoy their day with full masti and hungama. They usually organize parties & have fun throughout the day. Children are the future of the developing country “INDIA” and their sympathy towards the country should be at high level. Also, India requires the support of the talented children to groom and develop in the world. So, Children’s day play a vital role for the children as well as for the parents to spend time & show love towards each other.
